Gratitude

November 2023 Memory Verse:  Hebrews 12:28

Gratitude reminds you of God's grace and mercy and inspires you to begin the day with attention to opportunity and recognition to rejoice in God's presence. The monthly verse on this calendar can help to encourage memorization of Scripture and serve as a starting point for morning devotion and prayer.

God, not only transforms our lives, but invites us to be partners in changing the world.  We not only live out our gratitude by helping others, but grow to understand that mutual care is an important part of God's design.

Some of these raise awareness to Eastgate's many denominational, ecumenical, and local partners in helping others.  Others suggests practical ways that you can generously share God's love and care with others through collecting, giving, and serving.
