Sermon focus:  In the first century, Christians were trying to understand what a relationship with God means, especially one defined through a walk with Jesus. The overarching question was, What Could Go Wrong? The partial answer was everything. We respond by understanding that the church, early disciples, were called to mother the church through a loving and viable relationship.
